Help with Griff's

Help with Griff's

Hey folks. Quick question about Griff's Shipset. I've always avoided it because it wasn't finished. I decided to give it a try... and found something a bit odd.For one, the default player cobra does not change, EVEN WITH THE REPLACEMENT OXP. So the ship spinning at the main screen, and the ship that I fly, is still the Cobra III from basic Oolite.Is there a reason for this? Every other shipset in the history of Oolite replaces the player Cobra III. I don't understand why this isn't the case with Griff's. It makes no sense, and I do realize that I can change it in the player text file, but if I have to go digging around in game files, then I'll just use another shipset. <img src='[url]http://spacesimcentral.com/forum/public/style_emoticons//icon_neutral.gif'[/url] class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':|' />Also, is there a replacement ICO station anywhere? I'd like to have a spiffy lookin game, but its a bit silly seeing a griff cobra next to a basic Oolite Ico.Thanks for the help!

Griff's shipset should start a Jameson in a Griff Cobra III, and I get the spinning Griff Cobra III at start-up in my game. Ensure you have the latest Griff Replace OXP (plus the Griff Resources OXP, of course). From this post onwards in this thread, you can pick-up a perfectly usable Griff-style Ico... it looks fine in-game.

Thanks Cody! I literally just downloaded everything from the wiki, so I guess Ill look somewhere else. Thanks for the headsup on the Ico however. Never knew about that one.*EDIT* Problem solved! I downloaded it from the THREAD instead of the WIKI. Which is odd ,as it looked like the same file. Anyhow. Now it works. Thanks again!

The nav buoy I actually had from the last time I tried Griffs, but at that point there was only the cori station, and Staer9 hadn't done his shipset. (I consider old ships almost an essential OXP.) griff_elite2_bug.oxp and griff_cobra_mk1_alt.oxp <-- are these in the All in One? I saw them in the picture on the wiki, so I think they are but I can't be sure.Anyhow, thanks for that list! I'm off to get my setup Griffified. (tm)

The Griff Bug and the Griff alt Cobra I are in his individual downloads Box, not in the shipset - not yet, anyway.

The Ico station is finally released!It's quite awesome looking (still haven't seen it ingame though).
