New game mod: Pioneer Scout +

I see you have changed the layout of how the game uses sound effects and events music a little Walterar. A good move I think. I will mod my custom music and fx to suit the new layout. Great work as always Walterar and of course there will be another bump for you on ModDB at the end of the month. If you have any more screenshots you want added just drop them into either here or the Pioneer screenshot thread and I will add those too the bump for Pioneer Scout Plus. :queen:
