If what i understand, you "intercept" the planet perfectly. Tnx In this video I was only chasing the planet. I checked the system orbits screen just to make sure to not miss it. :)Next time I'll try to intercept a planet, but I think it will be hard to guess where I will be at a certain time, taking into account the changes of speed. More probably, I'll try to guess the direction and do a single final correction while slowing down. I will also try to not use the tunnels. They are convenient to understand when it 's time to slow down, but they spoil the view quite a bit :prankster:As for the best time, I'll work on it, but I don't feel it as a priority. For the moment, I prefer to learn how to pilot more cleanly (and not crash) :biggrin:

Double delivery in Veedeth system. From Hick's Grave to Wilson's Mysery's Mcconnellville, then takeoff and orbit to Arnold Station at the opposite side of the planet.All in manual... Without tunnels. Including two of the most silly landings in history. :oops:And to think that those deliveries were intended to earn some money and repair the hull... 200MB, ~30min including audio. Beware! Extremely boring! ...but including some use of the iterface to browse through the bbs, system information and orbits. Maybe useful for a video... I found a planet with some atmosphere.

Veedeth A c. The only planet with atmosphere in this system with three stars.Some videos in orbit from different views and two descents. In the second I expoled the surface trying to find a good place to land and watch some sunrises and dawns from the three stars. Unfortunately I couldn't land due to a bug. Hi All, Just a quick note to say I've started on this project properly now. Converting all the material so far to ProRes so it plays nice in FCP & After Effects and feel like there's some great images to work with. So I'm thinking what I'll do is cut something from the footage I've downloaded over the next fortnight and then upload it to vimeo and then people can just open fire on what's wrong with it and what's missing/mandatory and we can work back from there to add everything the various stakeholders feel it needs. best wishes to all Trumps

Maybe Biomechanoid could record some fighting in hi-res? However, now I'm at Epsilon Cygni, a system with a giant star and two sub-star entities. I think that I could record some nice multiple sunrise/dawn sequences. One of the next days. I just need the time to explore and find some nice place.

OK! I recorded some very very nice sequences in Epsilon Cygni. Some of my best, I think. Give me the time to encode and upload. :)You'll find triple sunrises and dawns, nice orbit views and manual Hohmann Transfers (easier than I thought).If I don't fall asleep, I'll upload soon. Otherwise, tomorrow. ;)Next, I'll try to improvise some combat, just to cover also this aspect of the game. But i warn that I'm not good at that. :fie: EDIT: I finished to encode and check the video. It's a single cut. 36 minutes long. This time is full of nice views. It's too late to upload. I'll do it tomorrow.

The last comment from trupet is of some time ago and I don't know what he did or if he's still interested.Anyway, my stock videos are there for anyone who's interested. (I still have the raw uncoded videos, but they are ~192GB)I think that they could be integrated with some new material showing the new ships, but at the moment I can't run pioneer because of problems with my video drivers (long story... pioneer works only with closed source Ati drivers, while flight gear works with open source drivers. I like both games, but I don't like to switch drivers every day...).

(usually it's good for promo be short, but dynamic)- What is deadline for this? PS: you did a big work, collecting these videos

Downloading videos right now... The resolution (1280x800) looks a little bit small - are originals have the same resolution?There are some good scenes and some good scenery here. Can you re-film some footages if necessary?

I've been trying to find some time to sit down with my brother to try and edit some of Tichy's videos into a short promo (he has all the gear and knows how to use it). But anyone that wants to should, don't wait for me
