Hi there! Only just discovered this site, its a goldmine of info and am well chuffed there's such a corner for sims fans to hang out & hear some news (it's like a Cantina!) Quick intro: im now classified as a mature gamer - old enough to have programmed a ti-99 and c-16k back in the days before tape drivers were mainstream, but still young (or immature) enough to ta emoticons here and there. I've played games on more or less all ole consoles and handhelds up to the PS1, but by then I had settled that the PC was were my heart was. From the early sierra games, through the Elite/Wing/Strike Commander/Freelancer, Quake/CS/Enemy Territory, a stint a mmorpgs and mobas, waaaaaay too much TF2 and the more recent SWTOR, Star Conflict/War Thunder - I've had a shot at most games, played some competitively, worked in some game studios here and there , got fed up with it but above all had a good laugh with gaming Have got much less time these days, but am really looking forwards to both Elite Dangerous and Star Citizen when they're both finally out - those will be certainly late night sessions with a pot of coffee and/or a brandy on the side, Catch up in the 'verse
