Not Aliens, "Must be Martians"  Could have been a tourist. :biggrin: Would have thought a meteorite even a very small one would leave more marks on the ground.

Mmm. With the thin Mars atmosphere ... yea. Even if its flung out debris of a more distant meteoroid impact, there would probably also be more debris visible around the rover. That "Displaced by the Rover itself" sounds the most likely one at the moment. But the meteoroid one would be a nice one.
