Greetings! What a wonderful community you've got here. As a lover of pc gaming, sci-fi, space, and simulations, I am incredibly excited to discover this little utopia. I particularly enjoy games that have a huge focus on economy. Feel free to suggest games to me, even if they would appear overly obvious. I have only played a handful of space games, despite the serious interest. A dream of mine is to develop a game myself (I'm a professional software developer by trade). I won't harp much on this since I assume there are plenty of indie developers that show up around here. While I have a concept drafted for what I would like to work on, I would love to hear about some things you would want to see in a game, mechanics that make or break a game for you, as well as things to avoid. Thanks for providing such a fantastic platform for space sim enthusiasts!

Welcome to the forums BrandonSPX. X games and Eve would be the main ones although their are a few older ones which I can't remember the names of at the moment.
