Mad Max

So Mad Max Fury Road is coming out soon and I haven't even seen the first movie yet. I'm not really a fan of old movies, but the new one looks to be awesome so I wanted to ask if you think I should give the old one a try. Is it any good?

The original films have something of a cult following. I'd say you should give them a go as I think they're great. Mad Max 2 was probably the best one but you should really watch them all. Violent car chase scenes with surprisinlgy realistic stunt work. They really nailed a scenario which not many films went for. Post oil Australia resulting in the dregs of humanity fighting over the last few scraps of fuel.
