You know, for a very unnecessary sequel, this actually looks somewhat decent!

Just watched this on DVD and it not bad, big ears has been killed off and the brats from the first film are all grown up and appear in this film along with a couple surprises as in who comes back. Also has an ending with a possibility of endless sequels, but if you want to waste a couple of hours then it's worth a look. The alien queen a bit daft.

Agreed. I don't think it was as bad as the critics said it was. Story wasn't that bad and yes they definitely answered some questions but left it open to sequels as well. But with the money this movie didn't make I doubt we will see another one.
