Galaxy map bug

Recently downloaded the game, and tried to finish the Wiccan Ware Race.
Strangely, when i launch from Old Curie, and try to open the Galaxy Map, my ship immediately explodes.
I tried Anisotropic mode and HellMod, but this problem is in every version.
Can i do something with it?
