Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
This looks good..... please, please, please don't screw this up EA. Looks like a game that mixes KOTOR with Force Unleashed... I hope this is a first rate single player action game and I will be really happy with this. in Nov 2019

At last single player StarWars game
Should have a console by the time this come out, as I'm not messing about with the EA store.

RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
I just spent most last night installing KOTOR1 and modding it to play it again. So I hope I can have that sort of experience again.
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Here is some basic info on the game and its story
Players will meet Cal on Bracca, a brand-new Star Wars planet and one of several new locations introduced in the game. Cal is hiding from the Empire in plain sight but is forced to go on the run when he exposes his Force powers. Along the way, Cal will make new friends, like his mysterious companion Cere, as well as run into some familiar faces, all while being accompanied by his faithful droid BD-1. Cal’s flight from the Empire is made even more dangerous as he is being pursued by the Second Sister, one of the Empire’s elite Inquisitors, who seeks to hunt Cal down and extinguish this surviving Jedi. Assisting the Second Sister are the terrifying Purge Troopers, special Imperial forces trained to seek out Jedi and aid the Inquisitors in their dastardly work.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is designed with gameplay as a top priority in order to deliver the kind of intense Star Wars lightsaber battles that are seen in the films. Brought to life by Respawn, a studio known for high-quality games that are both visually beautiful and technically masterful, players will use their Jedi training to create different melee combinations with an innovative lightsaber combat system and Force abilities. Players will also use traversal and other platforming abilities to strategically overcome opponents and solve puzzles in their path across this galaxy-spanning adventure. Star Wars fans will recognize iconic locations, weapons, gear, and enemies, while also meeting a roster of fresh characters, locations, creatures, droids and adversaries new to Star Wars.

New gameplay video from E3, looking good so far... would have liked to see the skill point distribution but the gameplay looks good so far.
I loved the slowing of time and then force pulling the enemy too you and then placing him in front of his own laser blast hahaha

RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Well it's no KOTOR, and I could not help but think of Tomb Raider while watching it.
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
It definitely is a better Force Unleashed style of game, some improvements can definitely be made, but if the story is good and the progression/customizations for your character is good I would definitely give this a buy. I don't expect it to be a KOTOR game but even if the game comes close it is a step closer back to the star wars games we used to get 10+ years ago

RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
I'm definitely giving this a try. A single-player game with no DLC and microtransactions means that they will (hopefully) focus on gameplay and story.
With that said, though, that running animation feels kinda odd.

RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
I don't know it just looks a little generic, take away the Star Wars setting and it could be any 3rd person action game.
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Extended Cut Gameplay video, this is almost 30mins of gameplay (first 14mins is new, rest is from E3)
Looking better

Vehicle section , I still don't know about this, a lot going to depend on how good the story is, I probably will still buy it a few months after it released.
And I hope theirs non of that quick time nonsense bits in it.

Saw this and I was a little shocked at the recommend specs for this game:OS: 64-bit Windows 7/8.1/10
Processor (AMD): Ryzen 7 1700 or Equivalent
Processor (Intel): i7-6700K or Equivalent
Memory: 32 GB
Graphics card (AMD): RX Vega 56 or Equivalent
Graphics card (NVIDIA): GTX 1070 or Equivalent
DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or equivalent
Hard-drive space: 55 GB Was actually surprised they were supporting Win7 to be honest. Guess maybe I will look into adding 16GB of additional memory to my machine to future proof my system. Didn't think I was going to see 32GB of memory for recommended specs for at least another 1-2yrs. Makes you wonder what the new consoles will have in them since games are getting bigger and more processing hungry as the years go by.

RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Looks like the 32GB was a misprint as it's being revised to 16GB.
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Game has gone gold so any time now.... here is a new gameplay trailer, nice action in this one.
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Here is the launch trailer, launches on 11/15:
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Should be out tomorrow, be interesting to see what said about it.
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Live action trailer for the game because it released.... in some ways this is better than some seens in the last star wars movies
hahah Quick IGN game review
RE: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
From the reviews I have seen, it looks like it may be the best single player Star Wars game in long time, will defiantly get this but I will be waiting until it's about half the price as I'm not buying any of the so called triple A games at full price.
