Hey KalI only see a 1.0b download i don't see any mention of a 1.12b anywhere unless I missed it. Do they have a website for the project? Maybe I can get them to post here if I ask nicely

the Russian Elitegames site is the home of this mod/remake http://www.elite-games.ru/they do have an English section on the FFE3D section http://www.elite-games.ru/conference/viewtopic.php?t=47373 Any questions regarding the game should be ask there,they quite happy to answer any questions.After all they have answered all my daft questions .Any one who wants to help with the game,should check there also. Nice vid here showing one of the new models by Arn which also can be down loaded from the site.

Hello,This sounds like a very interesting project, I was wondering with the multitude of models and textures uploaded by all the users whether anybody was keeping track or they would *all* be included with new patches... at the moment, unless mistaken it looks like a logistic nightmare hunting for each new update of each new texture and model :)CheersLuca

I hope I did it all right. i couldn't seem to get registered on their forums because of the whole language barrier but soon as I can find out whom to talk to to get permission to host some files I will gladly host files for FFE3D. I will make a seperate area in the download section for FFE3D. Because it was a little painful searching all the posts and you really don't have any instructions. So I was just using common sense on the installing of the different models.I downloaded and all the game/patches and created a single download file with all patches installed and will post that for everyone when I get permission. So if anyone can help with that please respond to this post. Thanks-D1-

I just need to open the two browser windows like you suggested and try to register that way. I will try and do it today, because I have no problems at all hosting an area for FFE3D for the english speakers and let people upload/download files.

I hope they give you permission to host the files.Only whish the web book Iam using was capable of running the game.

Be worth mentioning that Vista user may encounter a bug with the icons in the hud.Which forces them to click just below the icon to get it to work.the solution to this is to turn off the Areo interface and side bar.It might also be worth mentioning something about the sign up to the Russian site.Maybe with some pic on how to do it?.

Hi Alephnaught Did you download the file FrontierMeshes.rar If you did then you downloaded the old modelsfor the gameYou can find the new models on SSC downloads page in the FFED-3D section here.http://www.spacesimcentral.com/downloads.php?cat=37As you say once the folder has been extracted,place it in the model dir replaceing the old one.Check the other threads about the game here.http://www.spacesimcentral.com/ffed3d-f53/
