Constantly logging out and captcha takes so long

This site is probably the most frustrating site I frequent. Feels like it logs me out daily, and the captcha feels longer than any other site I've seen.

Do you get prompted for a captcha every time you login? I think I get prompted maybe 20-30% of the time. This is a plugin that tries to prevent spammers mostly. Make sure your browser is not clearing cache on browser tab/window close. Because if you do then your deleting the cookie which would probably have you get prompted every visit.
I will check the settings to see if I can curve the frequency. I would like to get off this platform entirely, I just have to figure out a way to get the DB data out without loss.... there is currently no migration path to any forums from wpForo (which sucks, so I have to try to write all SQL commands by hand).

I think I disabled it for registered users, I think a user will now only get captcha when registering.
