LGM Games is dead? Its now Overseer Games

I was doing some looking last night and looks like LGM Games is no longer a game studio they have created a new studio Overseer Games - https://www.overseer-games.com/

Look like this happened back in 2020 or so, I guess SPG3 didn't sell like they would have liked and they had to shutdown. Their new company doesn't list any of the Starpoint Gemini games so I take it that series of games are dead. Maybe they will revisit the series, or do something cool like release source in a few years to one of the games.

But I wish them luck, I own all their SPG games so I hope they revisit space/scifi again soon.
