HelloThought I would introduce myself. I have been a fan of the Elite games since the 1980s and still use my ageing Amigas to play Frontier. I am still trying to download FFE3D and the Video Pack but still no luck as yet. Guess I will keep trying.Anyways hello to you all!

Hi GeraldineLove the Amiga, should have kept my trusty ole 500 around. the video pack I might have to note it that I believe it will only work with the upcoming release of it. And the pack has been downloaded, I test all the downloads personally. Might want to get a helper since it is a fairly decent size download.I will try to get some feedback on the video pack to confirm it.

Hi DarkoneThanks for your reply!I can almost get the files, but the download quits just before they complete. Almost got ffe3d_v112b_244.zip, down to 1mb remaining then it quit. Arrrgh! Also got about 3 quarters of they way with the video pack. Would there be a "best time" to do the downloads? I was thinking that perhaps the servers maybe overloaded. Any advice you could give would be helpful. Just thought I would post a link to George Hooper's site that I used to finally get FFE3D. This download package includes all the manuals, the latest version of FFE3D (with some upgrades to the ship models) and JJFFE, plus the video pack is there too, but its large, if you want it. Thanks. Looking into peoples issues but don't see anything wrong I can fully download all files from 3 different locations (my home, friends house and work) so not sure if it is on my end or not. But there might be some tweaks I can apply on the server end to maybe help.
