Just saying hello! (and asking for advice!)

Hello everyone, I've just joined the forum and I'm enjoying it already! I'm really into space and sci-fi games. However I was wondering if I could have some recommendations on a game as I haven't really placed a space sim properly before. I am looking for a sort of free roam game with maybe some combat. Are there any out there that is popular? I've seen star citizen and it looks AMAZING  ThanksFronk.

Welcome to the forums Fronkyy. No worries about the multiple post, it seems to be a site problem and not you computer. Elite Dangerous is the other big one but it's the same as Star Citizen it wont be out until next year. If you are looking for one out already then their are a number of them Starpoint gemini, Evohron, Galaxy on fire 2 and the x series. You also might want to look at the free games like pioneer, FFED3D OR 3030 Death war.

Hey there and welcome to SSC. It's not exactly what you mentioned but you could try "Freelancer" if you have some time to kill.

Hi FronkWelcome to the SSC. There are many great space sims out there Fronk and some have been mentioned already. I would add Evochron Mercenary and Oolite to that. Both of these are well worth a go. :girlsmile:
