I haven't used this tool much just because of time but I plan to use it very soon. But the Nexus Skirmisher is a nice tool that will give you the ability to create your own skirmish battles with an AI fleet. You can configure the fleets, the ships, the weapon layout, the battlefield and even the background music. To use this tool you will need Nexus: Jupiter Incident installed with the latest patch (v1.01).
