The end of the world as we know it
I like reading articles like this http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/the-end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it-1999537.htmlBecause it is interesting to read how our existence is possibly by chance of all the right things happening and the smallest change in our fragile existence and it could be all gone. More than likely Earth will be a lifeless rock by the time the sun burns out and the human race has been around a few thousand years and in the grand scheme of things that is just a milli-second of time compared to hundreds of millions/billions of years.I know the article was mainly about things impacting earth or the sun. But what isn't talked about is some huge impacting the moon and the Earth possibly not having a moon any more. Here is something interesting to read http://www.astrosociety.org/education/publications/tnl/33/33.html
