To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

A little late on this news, since the base game came out in Aug but the first DLC has just been released.
I have always been a fan of the Age of Wonders series I own a few of these games, and it looks like they are dipping their toes into sci-fi with their latest game to the series Planetfall.

I haven't played any of the AoW games, but been watching some people play this one on Twitch and it looks fun - might pick it up.
You look good through a crosshair.
If it builds upon the mechanics from the other games it should entertain you and be difficult at times depending on your actions or approach. I might pick this up later after I play more games on my steam acct 😉

I haven't picked this game up just yet but I will admit it looks really good if you like these sorts of strategy games, all of the age of wonders games are solid performers and I always have fun with them. The have a new 'Invasions' expansion coming
Looks like there is a new expansion 'Star Kings' coming in November.... I still need to play AoW3 before I pick this one up 🙂
