To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

In P.A.M.E.L.A., the player wakes up from cryo sleep in Eden, a utopian city. Events have unfolded in the city which caused the population to be infected with a disfiguring disease, making them unpredictable and sometimes hostile to the player. The player must scavenge for supplies such as food and water to avoid starvation and dehydration, as well as find equipment to aid them in combat. The world includes a full day/night cycle, which causes the player to adapt their strategies depending on the time of day.
Eden contains many different areas, including residential apartments, shopping areas, and outdoor courtyards. There are also several NPC factions in the game, which utilize a personality-based AI system to result in various behaviors towards each other and the player. The player will also be assisted by Pamela, Eden’s AI overseer, who can aid the player in combat and exploration.

Looks decent enough, did a nice job creating a futuristic look and feel. Would have liked to see more gameplay itself.

The game world looks great, the combat seems strained to me (not fluid). But overall looks really good especially if there is a nice backstory to discover while playing.
