I have locked new registrations to SSC while I do site maintenance and transition the site to a new platform. I will be also locking posting on Sunday. Game Crashes to desctop everytime i take of. Tried Highest and lowest settings.

The developers are much more likely to see it there. It looks like nozmajner has just posted about this one. Feel free to add any comments that may be helpful. He said it happens in the new build, so if you want to test out the game, download an older build and see if that works for you.

Lower the terrain detail.
I added a new highest detail setting. The old "Very High" setting is now slightly lower than the current "High" detail setting.
Use "Very High" only if you've got a GPU with about 2GB or more of ram!!!
