To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Hello all, I have been trapped here by a nasty guy called potsmoke66 and by a BEAUTIFUL video posted around of Pioneer 🙂
Geraldine was culprit as well, because she is an amigan (there is an unexplained force which makes us stick together) 😛
Anyway, my name is Pepik, i live between Italy and Czech Republic, and I am a fan of all Mr Braben's space sim games.I like a lot other games, the immersive ones, like Daggerfall (ah, take a look at daggerXL project), Morrowind, Oblivion, Simcity2000, Civilization I..Dont throw balls of paper to me, going back to space sims 😛
I used to play a lot Freelancer, great game in my opinion, although it has got many flaws (which you ALL know or should know here).I liked a lot Privateer, Wing Commander too.Does anybody remember an old Amiga game called voyager? I used to like it too 🙂 Well, now I am really looking forward to this project , and I hope that I can be of any help 🙂 I hope this will not fail.. i was partecipating (well, annoying the developers in ither words) to Millennium 3 : Future's end (m3fe) by Paul Roberts, but i think it's dead by now (i mean the project, Paul should still be ok 😛 (Hey Paul, this is Amicus, if you are reading,drop a line!!):P

Paul isn't dead yet. He is coding a new space sim for the iphone, which he hasn't announced anywhere. But i steal his thunder and announce it here 😉 I strongly advise you to email him and demand all the details.
We often consult each other about vexing issues of space-sim-doing
