To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Looks like the wiki has been hacked. I normally block scripts by default but when I went to the wiki on my Windows box, the text was crammed together, so I unblocked scripts and the following came up and tried to download an .exe to my computer http://imgur.com/a/PYwZT
Thank's for reporting it! You are at least the third person to report that I think. I'm a bit unsure about it, I was unable to get that popup, even with a pretty outdated chrome version without ad-blocker and similar. Some websites say that it's a local infection, some say it's the site compromised, so I suggest scanning your system with a malware removal software, just to be on the sure side.
I'll poke the guy who has admin rights to the server to check for infections.
I'll give my Windows an infection scan, probably a good idea. I try to give it as few chances as possible to waste my time so I really only use it for gaming, but occasionally I do browse the web a little with it.
It was server side, it turned out. It should be fixed now, thanks to robn.
