To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Got this over the weekend had thought it was just a continuation of the kids CGI show from the 90s, but it turns out to be an animated sequel to the live action films as it reunites the three main leads from the first film.

How was it?
I liked it, you never know who is going to get killed next. It keeps you on the edge of your seat. Although, I wish they would have made the main characters look a little more like their real live actors from previous films. But, really no worse or better than the 2nd and 3rd movies.
I enjoyed it, it's set further along the Starship Trooper timeline as Johnny Rico is now a general and looks like sold snake from the last metal gear game. the trooper are wearing green battle armor which makes then looks like they just stepped out of a Helo game.
The story pretty good apart from the odd bit of non logic as in who would build a starship with such big corridors.
The director is from japan and has done mangna so it has that sort look and feel to it, they talk about bringing the power suits back in the special features section but they only make a brief appearance towards the end. And I agree with Mou53r way better then Tropers 2 & 3.
Have to add that to my Netflix thanks guys.
