To all SSC Station occupants

Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.

Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Hey

Some recent screengrabs here.

I had recently fun coding an embryonic gameplay in my planet demo : once landed with my 300-meters long cargo, I can leave the ship and use my feet to spin around, in an classical FPS control mode and point of view.

I'm far from my home, with a low Internet connection (my Android phone), so I can't submit a youtube video, but I'll do in a few days once back home, if some are interested in it.

Thanks

That first pic: the lighting on the planet, the terminator - both excellent. Rock on, Nevil!

Thx for the kind comments; it's always pleasant when you see you're not working and coding in the void, and some people still take a look on what you're doing
