To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I recently downloaded FFE D3D complete and its been a dream come true except that quite a few textures for buildings, planet rings and such seem to be missing. I have win xp and a good video card with updated drivers and I installed all the mods and everything else is working perfectly except for this one problem. Im pretty good when it comes to this stuff and it doesnt seem like a problem anyone else is having so am i maybe doing something wrong with the mods/install?

i think no, i have the same problem (also XP sp3), others on other systems not. 😮
i'm not shure and i have to make that proof someday, but actually i'm busy with pioneer. 😉
because if you look into the textures folder there is a texture for the saturn rings, but it won't appear 😕
it could be one of the MODS, but i didn't think so, have checked it once with a "clean" FFED3D, still the same problem.
anyways, once i will keep an eye on that, but not now 😥
