To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Hello all. I'm amazed that I didn't find this place earlier, but I am so glad I did.
I mostly lurk, and before I commence my lurking duties, I'll throw this funny out there. This was my registration human-check question:
It's a bit...wrong shall we say?
😆 Yes you are right there Gecko, anyways welcome to the SSC 😉
I guess I could re-phrase the question. I know that all the large gas planets have rings (Jupiter, Neptune, Saturn and Uranus), but not many people know the true answer to that question they only remember Saturn as the planet with a ring because it is seen in all of its pictures that way and the other three not so much. I will think on a question to re-phrase it 🙂
Enjoy SSC!
