To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Hello there! I a sci-fi space games fun. I have played many games in that genre: Elite, XBTF(X-Beyound the Frontier), XT, X2, X3, WingCommander Series, Tachyon, StarLancer + Freelancer, Babylon5, EvE online, Taikodom, Battlecruiser Millenium, StarTrek Series (include STO hehe) and more others. Strategy, MMO, Indie... no matter - i love a space! And Capital Ships like a Carriers too! 🙂
IRL - I work as a programmer, and i have a little 2D mmorpg, my own personal project 🙂 (but that about magic and swords hehe). And dreaming about my own little sci-fi space mmo. 😉
So, I hope that I can in this community learn a lot of new, about space games. And also happy to share my knownlege to community! :hi:

Some of the best games around (for me personally) and there is a bunch more coming this and next year as well. It's about time we get the glory days back again. Welcome to SSC.
