To all SSC Station occupants

Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.

Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Hi ssc!

 

Thanks for running this awesome forum for sci fi game addicts. 

 

We're an indie strategy games studio and have just launched the new trailer and website for our upcoming space sim game Pixel Starships.

 

This game is a full starship management mmorpg set out in beautiful 8bit graphics coming later this year. We think it will be huge.

 

I hope ssc can help community find out about this great title.

Welcome to the forums Savysoda.

 

You may want to start a thread about the game in mobile game section or the MMO/Mulit-player part of the forum if you are going on PC/Mac.

Agreed. As always if you need some forum space to chat about your Pixel Starships all you have to do is send me a PM. Those initial screenshots look great of the interior, looking forward to seeing more.

Yes if we could get our own Forum Topic this would be great!!!! Our game is scheduled to launch by the end of the year and we are planning to run a KickStarter campaign also within the next week.

Is it possible for us to list our kickstarter project on the left side once we go live?
