To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I love sci-fi space ambient series, games and I'm still looking for the definitive space-sim, my hopes on Star Citizen.

And you and me both, I am putting a lot of hopes into Star Citizen and I hope they reach them all. I know right now I need a gfx card upgrade because I can barely play the alpha modules released so far 🙂
I have been slacking on my SC coverage, because there is just simply a lot of it (almost too much), that's why I hope the hype they are putting behind the game is truly real and we will have it all. Because if we do it will be hey Chris .... take my money you deserve it.

I agree they're covering too many genres although Star Citizen is supossed to be a space-sim. But I'm enjoying it!
What many fear is that too many cooks may spoil the soup, but I think Chris' wisdom is up the myth.
I haven't played Elite: Dangerous. I need plot & lore and I think Elite does not have it right?
