To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I am Dkgsisjasdsd' lskhlkgham-sdkfjhg, pronounced Shodex in your tongue. I have come from the planet Zaonce to find lifeforms with similar interests to my own.
I'm a big fan of Space Sims, especially X and Elite. There's nothing more satisfying then seeing the tattered debris of Thargoid Ships. Or the smoldering remains of a cluster of Kha'ak (giggle). And that has lead me here, I hope to one day be a respectable member of this fabulously geeky forum. 😀
Your already a respected member of the community.... welcome to our station Shodex. SSC is located in deep space and surprised you had the fuel cells to make the trip 🙂
Your in good company here and there is definitely some space gaming geeks here.

There's respect to be had around here??? 😯 Why does no-one tell me these things?!
As the mighty Darkone says - welcome to the site, Shodex. X and Elite have many many fans hereabouts so I'm sure you'll fit in famously well. 🙂 And be sure to explore the download sections thoroughly: there's bound to be more than one sparkling gem you've never heard of!
With Space Sims there always is some hidden gem. 😀
Thanks for the warm welcome.
Hi Shodex, welcome to the SSC, have fun! 🙂

I believe you will be an asset in our struggle in blowing up those Thargoid ships, care to be an ambassador of your planet for us?
