To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Has anyone seen this?
The game is called Dreams Gate, I think. The entire site is Russian but you can download a demo if you click on Справка. In game you can press ~ to bring up the console and type "fly" (without quotes) to fly around.
The planet you're flying over looks pretty nice and has randomly generated terrain, animals, buildings and flying spacecraft. Judging by the screenshots, I think this demo will eventually become some kind of space game but I don't understand Russian.

Had a quick look at the site using Google translate, looks like it a game based on the tv series "StarGate".
I love it how our Russian comrades are so mad keen for space sims! FFED3D, Space Engine - now this? I like I like!
