To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I love the concept of Rodina, but the demo lags like crap on my pc. Is there anything similar that would run with my Intel HD graphics card? I can't get a new pc for a while. I really want a game like Rodina where I can explore and interact with my ship as well as planets and, of course, space travel.
I was going to say Elite: Dangerous but if Rodina won't run on your pc then I'm not sure there are many other games with the same concept that would. :dontknow:
Sundog but I am guessing you may want something a little more modern.
Parkan 2 from 2006 and can bought on Steam and Gamer Gate, it some what similar to Rodina although reviews tend to be very mixed towards the game some love it others hate it. But you may have the same problem as you had with Rodina and I don't know if the demo is still available.
