I have locked new registrations to SSC while I do site maintenance and transition the site to a new platform. I will be also locking posting on Sunday. Hi,
Currently i'am playing XWA after long time again. I completely forgot that this was a really great space sim. XWA and X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter had also great multiplayer game modes but i don't know how well it works with modern systems.
The origninal multiplayer for both games is no longer supported but i heard something about a fan server: http://www.freewebs.com/zaliel/ . Never tried it till now but i will give it a try soon. Does any of you guys have experience with XWA and XW vs TF multiplayer? If there are enough pilots out there, the missions and cooperative gameplay could be fun.
