To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I did pick this up a while back was just waiting to play it until I finished up some other games. The only thing that should be added to the existing purchased copies of HR is the AI improvements and any graphical improvements. This costs them nothing and they are not giving away DLC. But after watching the video and the changes that they actually did I could see why they charge for it, they re-did all boss fights that you can now defeat them without firing a shot.
Also just a heads up to everyone, if you have a PS3+ subscription they are giving DE:HR away for free so go and get it.
Thats good news for PS3 owners. I still think the revised boss fights should be included in a patch though. They really spoiled the game for me and didn't belong there in my view especially so if you liked to play using stealth options instead of shooting everything in sight. The ethos of Deus Ex was that you always had a choice to take or spare life. If it isn't in a patch, I wont be buying the game again.
