To all SSC Station occupants

Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.

Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

i prepared a useless model of a overseas container as a ship mod

the idea is to show how 24tons cargo could look like, gives a little scale comparison.

of course one could stash alot more tons in 33m3,

it's simply limited to 24 to give it a max. ladden weight.

nonetheless i guess it represents a good relation for 24t.

it's quite large in ploygon count, but i didn't liked to change the model just for this purpose.

the wavefront .obj is scale 1:1.

It can be very useful to see the real dimensions.  :good:

And, in addition, this it flies! :crazypilot:

If you do like a ship - the man in the suit, it will be the best start the game.

@sapog662, something like the "Zero G Unit" from SW-XWA.

well ok, for size comparison the pilot(esse) would work as well.
