To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I want a mod for this game where I can OPTIONALLY jump in a selected pilot seat of a light fighter or large cruiser (gun bay/command seat) and go head to head in dogfights and control the immediate fighting myself instead of an overview!
That would simply kick ass!

The second phase is started and Complex will nominate the best game mod of 2010, although Complex has been released through many releases it competes as best upcoming mod of 2010 with the imminent Complex 8.0.
Special thanks to the Complex Community: about 20000 registered members and players have contribuited to create what Complex is today.
The public beta test of Complex 8.0 will start on 7 December, anyone will be able to see it and to partecipate on it through the Complex forum, the official release of Complex 8.0 is planned for the 15-20 December.

Started playing this again because of this thread. WOW. I somehow missed Complex for all these years, even though I think I've played four or five major HW2 mods. It's fantastic! So much to learn. Wish I had more time during the week to play it.
That would simply kick ass!
I could settle with an active pause mod myself. (But yes, jumping into a pilot's seat would be fun. 😀 😀 )
