To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Hi Everyone
I know I am asking for some folks to read some very boring stuff. But it is a must and I am definitely not a legal expert and I would hope people still have common sense and are not unreasonable. I have put together a rules/guidelines page (it was there all along just the link was broke, no one caught it). But I tweaked it a bit to add the download area section. If anyone can provide any feedback as to protecting SSC from any legal actions for anything that could be done here that would be great. I am just a small drip in this big pond of the internet and people seem to love and prey on people and websites, this site barely makes enough to cover expenses so I definitely don't need some jackass trying to shut ssc down for something stupid.
So if you have a few moments please read through this and let me know if there is some glaring holes in the rules/guidelines. I really do appreciate it!
