To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

I feel like an idiot. I dont know how to install/run pioneer on windows 7. π³ can someone please help me.
Just download, Extract it somewhere, then run the pioneer.exe.
You'll need either winrar or 7zip( http://www.7-zip.org/ ) to extract it.
Saves are stored in the Documents/Pioneer folder found in the startmenu (Documents, below your user name).

Also when you find pioneer.exe, right click on the file and choose "add program to task bar" or "add program to start menu" or "create shortcut on desktop" (whatever you prefer). This will make it easier to start Pioneer in the future.
Use the shortcut keys for Run: Windows + RΒ Simply hold down the Windows key and press R on your keyboard.
Can I ask if the way to install/run Pioneer on Windows 11 is similar?
