To all SSC Station occupants
Thank you for the donations over the past year (2024), it is much appreciated. I am still trying to figure out how to migrate the forums to another community software (probably phpbb) but in the meantime I have updated the forum software to the latest version. SSC has been around a while so their is some very long time members here still using the site, thanks for making SSC home and sorry I haven't been as vocal as I should be in the forums I will try to improve my posting frequency.
Thank you again to all of the members that do take the time to donate a little, it helps keep this station functioning on the outer reaches of space.

Looks like there might be a remake of Captain Blood on the way.
The sites in French so you will have to run it through Google translate, although there’s not great deal of info about the new game. There are some screen shots which appear to indicate that it might be some sort of online game.

Good find there Pinback I remember playing Capt. Blood on my Amiga 500 quite a few years back.
Might work very well as online game.
Maybe the other player will be your clones and you have to hunt them down.

Wow! I have often thought over the years about that crude old Captain Blood and his distrustful but oh so replenishing ways, being remade ! Possibly my most favorite vector game though it was so hard.
Don't seem to have made much progress in the last two years.
Have a fondness for Commander Blood it may be simpler than the first one but it is madder than a box full of cats.
