Yeah it was announced for now as XboxOne and PS4 only..... Grrrr do they know they could sell even more copies if they release on PC too? XboxOne is basically a PC so its not like its that much more coding.

If they bring any of RDR or RDR2 to PC I will be very happy I just hope they don't take too long to do it.

They said also that GTA V were only for console but after one year the pc version was released.

Today the pc market is very important, i think they will release also for pc after some months.

I love rockstar games!

I always had the feeling that RockStar had been sulking because of that hot coffee mod and it the reason most of their PC ports have been so bad in the past.

The only rockstar game I truly enjoyed was Red Dead Redemption. To this very day I have never purchased a Rockstar product after they failed to bring that title to PC. That's how hurt I was. I adored that game. I don't adore it enough to buy another xbox to play it. If RDR2 doesn't come to PC, I won't ever play it.

Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC will also be available to purchase on Steam this December.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is currently available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems and will also be available this November as a launch title for Google Stadia.

Personally I don't think I will buy it until next year, I want to see how lunch is and how it reviews. I do hope the game will be able to be modded like GTA5 has been. If so this game could have a huge amount of playability and fun. I might dabble in the multiplayer but I more want the game for single player plus the first game was just so good I would obviously give this one a whirl. Its a shame Rockstar isn't releasing DLC for the standalone campaign I am sure many if not everyone would buy it.

I know, Rockstar killed a mod that made RDR1 that updated the gfx to today's standards. If story mode is moddable I am sure we will see some great content/places after a few months. Still not positive if I will pre-order yet, interested to see if Rockstar PC version is in any way more enhanced or possibly better than the xbox/ps4 versions?

I'm going with the PS4 version as I want a physical copy of the game and I'm not putting up with that  Rockstar game launcher as I have read it will require a double log in, and I never got that Rockstar social cub one to work.

Looks like the games been having a few problems and part of it seems to be the double launching that has to done before you get the game started.

Yup, Rockstar is giving players care packages in-game to thank them for their patience as they fix the bugs in the game.... This is why I wait 6mos before I buy a AAA game. It seems like the smaller game devs usually have a better track record on release. I run in 1440p so I hope they get all the gfx optimizations done.
