How would you react if we discovered a sentient alien civilization, challenging everything we know about biology, chemistry, physics, religion and answering the questions man has asked throughout history?

But what if this sentient alien civilization was discovered in a state of civil war?

Posing a large risk of destruction and violence towards us, would you remain eager to make contact or err on the side of caution?

Determining that the rewards outweigh the risks, an undetectable space station with a small three-person crew deploys to research the alien culture in search of a means towards a peaceful relationship.

Shortly before the mission’s end, a malfunction on-board brings down all major systems on-board the station. Navigation, communication, stealth— it all inexplicably shuts down. The space station now drifts helplessly above the alien planet while its very existence proves we were spying.

Unable to contact the crew, a recon specialist is to sent to uncover what happened. What players discover will challenge their view of surveillance, imperialism and moral law.

The Station is a first-person, story-driven game set aboard a research space station at the center of a dark mystery. Players will explore a rich story focused on exploration and discovery while the space station orbits over the planet of a sentient alien civilization.

Gameplay:

- When a door won’t open, what will you risk to discover what’s behind it? The secrets on-board the station will resist revelation and intuitive but subtle problems will require a keen eye to solve.

- Piece together a chilling mystery uncovered by multiple accounts. From audio logs to emails, players will have to discern what they believe transpired on-board.

- Experience a rich non-linear story through a world of augmented reality technology.
