I've attached another movie that details how you can configure your ship for each missions. As there are several missions, and several different hull classes, this won't necessarily be the same everytime.
The hull in this movie is a Privateer, about the middle-of-the-road in hull sizes available to Pirates. This movie is at a tablet resolution, not PC. Please let me know if I should be sharing these things in the same thread. I'm not always 100% certain about forum etiquette when it comes to posting movies!

This ship edit/upgrade screens look good and really functional.
On the posting of videos, have fun! Your videos are not embedding correctly because you are not putting in the URL correctly, it should look like this 'http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhqy8RM0Bqg'. You were putting in something like youtu.be?zhqy8RM0Bqg.
